アメリカ化学会が主催する ACS Fall 2019 National Meeting & Expositionに鈴木先生、湊さん、広重さん、本田君、西澤が参加し、口頭発表・ポスター発表を行いました。本学会は、我々の専門である高分子・コロイド界面科学のみならず、有機・無機化学や、生物化学などをはじめとする幅広い分野の研究者が全世界から集い、活発に討論するエネルギッシュな学会でした。私は初めての海外で初めての口頭英語発表をする機会を頂き、英語の必要性を実感すると共に多くの刺激を受けた大変貴重な機会となりました。本学会で得た経験を糧に、世界で活躍できる研究者を目指し、研究活動にさらに拍車をかけていきたいと思います！ (西澤)
